Ciphertex Data Security offers onsite hardware support through our exclusive authorized service provider to cover your Ciphertex servers.
Ciphertex onsite service agreements are available at different coverage levels depending upon the hours of coverage and response time that best fits the requirements of your organization. Those levels are as follows:
- 9 hours per day, 5 days per week, next business day response
- 9 hours per day, 5 days per week, 4 hour response
- 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, next business day response
- 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 4 hour response
Onsite service for your Ciphertex servers can also be handled on a time and materials (T&M) basis with no specific response time commitment.

For an onsite agreement covering portable servers, a “home” location must be specified. A covered portable server out on location requiring an onsite visit must first be transported to its home location.
